New for 2026 and performing on various dates throughout the summer!!! The usual tapas 3 course lunch with welcome drink followed by live music set – £65
Devil’s Doorbell are DIY musical troubadours, living and travelling on traditional
narrowboats. Inspired by listening to old jazz and blues 78rpm records, they play the
songs they love using ukulele and homemade instruments. Jellylegs Johnson and Nipper
have taken their skiffle style to jazz clubs in London and performed on many festival
stages throughout the southwest. Travelling the Kennet and Avon canal, they have
gained a strong following for their unique sound and dynamic performances.
The band will be performing a special show on board “The Water Gypsy”, with a 45min
set including stories of their musical lives living on the canal. A unique opportunity to
see and hear the band up close and acoustic. Expect ukuleles, homemade instruments,
tenor guitar, scat singing, cheeky fun, tight swinging rhythms and eye-catching attire!
